*use a browser plugin that makes you anonymous

                *Try googling out using keywords like "anonymous Proxy addon for <browser name>"

NOTE: you can carry the above softwares on a pen drive n use them without any installation process

*google the words "anonymous proxy websites"
*you will get a list of web sites(eg:www.zend2.com , www.gofish.com etc)
*go to one of the websites and you will see an address box there
*type the website in that n press enter
*thats it
*Eventhough some of the sites in the list may be blocked by your college server
*but it cannot block all those sites,,, so search until you find a suitable site for your college server
